SportA is the sports rights agency of ARD and ZDF. The agency, based in Munich, was founded in 1995 as a joint subsidiary of ARD and ZDF. SportA acquires media rights to national and international sporting events for exploitation on all platforms of ARD & ZDF and ARD’s regional channels, but we are also happy to offer sublicensing rights to any interested third party.

SportA holds a diversified portfolio of media rights and has been managing long-standing cooperations with more than 60 sports associations, event organisers and agencies.
