SportA is the sports rights agency of ARD and ZDF. The agency, based in Munich, was founded in 1995 as a joint subsidiary of ARD and ZDF. SportA acquires media rights to national and international sporting events for exploitation on all platforms of ARD & ZDF and ARD’s regional channels.
